The Alemite 7222-B4 medium-pressure fluid pump has an air motor with a 1/4" air inlet and is suitable for use with a downtube and a drum or tank (sold separately) for dispensing a light to medium fluid such as ink, food flavoring, or lubricating oil. The pump has a delivery rate of 14 gallons per minute and 25 cycles per gallon, with a pump ratio of 1:1. Its wetted parts are made of carbon steel for strength. The seals are made of Viton (fluorocarbon elastomer) for resistance to heat, fuel, and chemicals. The air motor is made of aluminum for light weight and resistance to corrosion. Double toggles provide even pressure without stalling the motor. The 1-1/2" female material inlet and 1" female material outlet have NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) threading to prevent leaks. The pump weighs 12 lb. Alemite's Class 1 and 2 pumps are suitable for dispensing light to medium fluids with a viscosity of 5 to 4,000 cps (centipoise).
