The Jacobs 6309D heavy duty plain bearing drill chuck has a 0.18" to 0.80" drill bit capacity and provides a tight grip on the tool with a turn of the key, ensuring rigidity and accuracy. A one-piece sleeve design eliminates cracks between the teeth when closing on a drill bit. The mounting style of the drill chuck is Jacobs Taper 3 to accommodate the appropriate taper mounting arbor. It has hardened steel components, which provide a balance of strength and wear resistance. Key size is K4. This chuck is for use in clockwise direction only.
